• 30 Minute Sessions

Each one-on-one personal training session is 30-minutes long.

• Nationally Certified Personal Trainers

Every one of our Personal Trainers holds a certification accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) and/or Distance Education Accrediting Commission (DEAC).

• 10 Fitness Nutrition

Every training program includes all-access to our on-staff nutritionist Lindsey Black, as well as access to the support and accountability of our private 10 Fitness Nutrition Facebook group.

• Unlimited Level 10 Team Training

Level 10 Team Training is small group training sessions led by one of our Personal Trainers and combines power, strength, cardio, and endurance to give you a balanced workout.

• Monthly InBody™ Progress Scan

You will have your progress measured through our InBody™ scanner once per month to keep track of body fat loss, muscle gain, and muscular balance.

• Sessions Roll Over Month-to-Month

We get it, life gets busy. That's why regardless of the reason, if you don't use all your sessions in a month, they simply roll-over for you to use later.

All of our programs are month-to-month,

so there's no long term commitment and you can cancel anytime with no charge.

So what are you waiting for? Session rates are determined by what time you will be training, and you can train as many times per week as you want!
